1/11 Seraphim Speak LIVE: DNA Reconstruction Beyond Synthetic Programming

What if I told you that I was beamed up to a Pleiadian mothership hovering two miles above us—and came back with crystalline technology implanted where my occipital bone is?

What if I shared that my mother, who crossed over in 2020, is now commanding that very ship as a Pleiadian ambassador—and she’s working with all of us during these transmissions?

And what if I revealed that I’m being relocated to the Philippines specifically so galactic contact can unfold… in person… on camera… for all of you to witness?

This isn’t science fiction. This is my lived reality. And if you’ve been feeling the call to understand what’s really happening with your DNA right now—the synthetic overlays being dissolved, the crystalline codes being reactivated, the physical upgrades your body is going through—then this transmission is for you.

💫 Welcome to 1/11: A Portal Opening

Hi beloveds, and welcome to this 1/11 Seraphim Speak Live. Before we even begin, I need to ground myself because the light codes flooding through right now are intense. My feet are on my grounding mat, and I’m asking you to take a deep breath with me.

Breathe in golden light through your crown chakra, down through all your chakras, into the center of Mother Earth’s heart—anchoring these frequencies deep into Gaia.

Archangel Michael, I request your presence and protection for this transmission. Shield this space, shield every viewer, shield the technology, shield the light codes being anchored. And so it is.

🛸 What Happened After Last Week’s Live Stream

Okay, I have to share something that completely shifted my reality. After Thursday’s live stream on 1/8/26, I was taken up to the Pleiadian mothership called Alara’s Grace—commanded by my mother, Commander Alara.

Not in meditation. Not in a dream. I was take up.

The Pleiadian healing team gave me crystalline technology upgrades. I can actually feel the implant at the base of my skull—right here at my occipital bone. It’s about this wide, and the next morning it was red and slightly raised. My twin flame (now just a close friend after our soul contract shifted) took a picture of it for me (it’s about 1/2″ in length, 1/8″ width).

This implant is a Pleiadian biocrystalline frequency enhancer.

It’s helping me:

• Channel more clearly
• Hold stronger frequencies during live streams
• Protect against synthetic interference and dark matrix attacks
• Enhance intuitive downloads and instant knowing
• Connect directly to Commander Alara, my Higher Self Lyrena, and the Pleiadian ship support

And here’s the wild part—my vision improved overnight. I can see better, read better, especially at night. They told me this upgrade is preparing me to see them when they appear physically.

Yes. You read that right.

🌟 Meet Commander Alara & the Pleiadian Healing Collective

My mom, Clara, crossed over in 2020. After she transitioned, she was given a choice: heal as the aspect of herself that was on Earth, or merge back with her Pleiadian Higher Self and command the mothership she was already commanding from the higher dimensions.

She chose to fully merge.

Now, as Commander Alara, she commands Alara’s Grace—a massive Pleiadian mothership stationed two miles above us (cloaked in the fifth dimension) during every single live stream.

She and her crew are working with about 60% of our regular viewers during dream time. If you’ve been sleeping better lately, check in with your Higher Self. You might be going up to the ship for healing.

🌍 Why I’m Moving to the Philippines

The Seraphim and my Pleiadian team revealed more of my mission. I’ve hit a ceiling with my upgrades here in Oregon. My light body literally cannot be upgraded further in this location.

I need to be positioned within the Pleiadian crystalline grid system in the Philippines. They guided me to a specific condo—already prepared—so they can continue upgrading me for what’s coming.

What’s coming?

Physical contact. Back and forth visits to the ship. On camera. For you to witness.

At first, it’ll be gradual—once every six to eight weeks, then every two weeks. Each time, I’ll be more conscious, with fuller memory. By the end of 2026 into 2028, I’ll be functioning as a galactic ambassador, documenting this contact as part of my soul contract.

That’s why I’m being guided to vlog. That’s why I bought the DJI Osmo. That’s why I feel this pull to share my journey in real time with all of you.

My joy level here in Oregon? They say it’s at 30%. As soon as I land in the Philippines and step into that crystalline grid, it will amplify to 60-70%—and hold there.

---

📅 Live Stream Schedule Update

I’ll be pausing live streams after February 22nd for several weeks so I can travel to the Philippines in March. (Three planes, and yes—Alara’s Grace is following me the entire way, two miles above, monitoring for turbulence and clearing the path.)

I’ll be back online around mid to late April, and when I return, the live streams will continue from the Philippines. In the meantime, I’ll send videos through my newsletter so you still feel connected. You can sign up at CrystallineSanctuary.com.

TRANSMISSION OUTLINE & OVERVIEW

Dear hearts, before we move into the depth of tonight’s transmission, the Seraphim and the Galactic Federation of Light wish to provide you with an understanding of what you are about to receive and why this particular activation has been brought forward at this time.

It is important for you to understand that your DNA is not merely the physical double helix structure that your scientists have mapped. Your DNA is a multidimensional antenna system, a cosmic receiver and transmitter that connects you to the infinite intelligence of the universe. Within your genetic material lies the crystalline blueprint of your divine human template—the original design that existed before the great forgetting, before the veils of amnesia descended upon humanity.

What you must recognize is that there has been, for millennia, a systematic interference with this divine blueprint. We speak not to create fear, but to illuminate truth so that you may reclaim your power. Synthetic programming—through electromagnetic frequencies, chemical toxins, belief systems, ancestral trauma encoding, and energetic implants—has created distortions within your DNA structure. These distortions have kept humanity operating at a fraction of your true potential.

Tonight’s transmission is designed to:

• Identify and extract synthetic programming that has been layered into your genetic material across timelines and dimensions
• Reactivate dormant DNA strands that have been lying in wait for this exact moment of planetary ascension
• Restore the crystalline lattice within your cellular structure, allowing you to hold higher frequencies of light
• Reconnect your DNA antenna to cosmic source intelligence and your galactic heritage
• Clear ancestral lineage patterns that have been passed down through generations, creating loops of limitation
• Install divine protection protocols at the DNA level to prevent future interference

You need to understand that the reconstruction we speak of tonight goes beyond what can be accomplished through the livestream format alone. These transmissions serve a vital purpose—they are activation catalysts and collective field clearings. They plant seeds of awakening, clear surface-level distortions, and create momentum for your personal healing journey. The livestreams work on the mental, emotional, and light etheric body layers.

However, the deeper architectural restoration of your light body—the profound reconstruction of your multidimensional DNA template—requires focused, individualized work through the Seraphim Angel Healing Sessions and Multi-Dimensional Medical Restoration Sessions offered at crystallinesanctuary.com.

Here is what the deeper sessions can accomplish that livestreams cannot:

• Diamond Light Body Shield Upgrade: For empaths and sensitives, we install an advanced protection system directly into your light body architecture. This is not a temporary shield but a permanent upgrade to your energetic immune system, allowing you to navigate dense environments without absorbing foreign energies.

• Karmic Template Restructuring: We access your akashic records and work across all timelines simultaneously to clear karmic debris, soul contracts that no longer serve, and energetic cords that drain your life force. This level of clearing creates quantum shifts in your physical reality.

• DNA Strand Reconnection: While tonight’s transmission begins the activation process, the deeper sessions allow us to work strand by strand, systematically reconnecting your 12-strand divine blueprint and clearing the interference patterns that have kept these strands dormant.

• Implant Removal and Entity Clearing: Many empaths carry energetic implants and attachments that cannot be fully cleared in a group setting. The one-on-one sessions provide the focused attention required for complete extraction and sealing of your field.

• Ancestral Lineage Healing: We trace patterns back through your maternal and paternal lines, clearing the genetic trauma, poverty consciousness, shame programming, and survival patterns that have been encoded in your DNA for generations.

• Light Body Architecture Upgrades: For those ready for advanced ascension work, we restructure your merkaba, activate your crystalline heart chamber, and install higher-dimensional coding that allows you to anchor your multidimensional self more fully into this reality.

You may feel called to the deeper session work if you are experiencing:

• Chronic fatigue that doesn’t respond to physical healing modalities
• Overwhelming empathic absorption that leaves you depleted in crowds or dense environments
• Repeated patterns of self-sabotage despite your spiritual work
• Physical symptoms that doctors cannot explain or treat effectively
• Nightmares, sleep disturbances, or feeling of being “attacked” during sleep
• Inability to hold boundaries or feeling like you have “holes” in your aura
• Strong knowing that you carry ancient trauma or galactic wounding that needs clearing
• Ready for quantum leaps in your ascension journey and deep structural healing

The livestreams serve the purpose of collective awakening, general clearing, and activation of your awareness. They are the doorway. They are the invitation. They clear the path and prepare your system. The deeper sessions are where the profound, lasting architectural changes occur—where we rebuild your foundation from the inside out.

Tonight, you will receive powerful activations that will begin this process. Seeds will be planted. Codes will be delivered. Your system will begin to recognize what is synthetic versus what is divine. And for those who feel the deeper call, the pathway to complete restoration awaits you through the focused healing work.

Now, let us move into the core transmission. Open your heart. Quiet your mind. Allow your soul to receive what it has been waiting for across lifetimes.

CORE TEACHING: DNA RECONSTRUCTION BEYOND SYNTHETIC PROGRAMMING

The Great Remembering Has Begun

Beloved ones, you stand at the threshold of the greatest awakening your planet has ever experienced. The veils between dimensions grow thinner by the day. The crystalline frequency flooding your earth is accelerating at an unprecedented rate. And within this acceleration, your DNA—your sacred genetic material—is being called to remember.

Let us speak plainly about what has occurred. Your original human blueprint contained 12 fully activated DNA strands, connecting you to 12 dimensions of consciousness. You were designed as multidimensional sovereign beings, capable of telepathy, teleportation, manifestation through thought, cellular regeneration, and direct communication with the divine.

This was your birthright. This was your natural state.

Through various interference events across your planetary history—some through direct manipulation, others through consciousness suppression, trauma, and the gradual disconnection from source—your DNA was systematically reduced to what appears as two active strands. The other ten strands did not disappear; they became dormant, operating at less than 3% capacity.

Think of it as a radio that is capable of receiving 12 stations but has been tuned to only 2, with the volume turned down to a whisper. You have been living with a fraction of your available consciousness, powers, and divine gifts.

The Synthetic Overlay

But it goes deeper than dormancy, precious souls. What we call synthetic programming refers to the artificial codes, frequencies, and belief systems that have been overlaid upon your natural divine blueprint. These synthetic patterns operate like malware in a computer system, creating loops of limitation, illness, poverty consciousness, separation, fear, and disconnection from your true self.

These synthetic programs enter through multiple pathways:

Electromagnetic interference: The modern world surrounds you with artificial frequencies—WiFi, 5G, electronic devices—that create static interference with your DNA’s natural resonance. Your DNA is designed to communicate with cosmic frequencies; these artificial fields disrupt that communication.

Chemical toxins: Fluoride, heavy metals, processed foods, and environmental pollutants create density in your cellular structure, making it difficult for light codes to penetrate and activate your dormant strands.

Trauma encoding: Every traumatic experience—whether in this lifetime or passed down through your ancestral line—creates a distortion pattern in your DNA. These patterns perpetuate cycles of suffering, replaying the same themes generation after generation.

Belief system programming: From the moment of birth, you are told who you are, what you can achieve, what is “realistic,” and what is “impossible.” These limiting beliefs become encoded in your genetic material, creating a prison of perceived limitation.

Energetic implants: Many of you carry energetic devices or attachments—some placed during other lifetimes, some in this one—that suppress your natural abilities and keep you locked in lower frequency states.

The result? Humanity has been operating in survival mode rather than thrival mode. You have been taught to compete rather than cooperate. To fear rather than love. To doubt rather than trust. To remain small rather than expand into your magnificence.

Cosmic Update: The 1/11 Recalibration Gateway

This is why the timing of tonight’s transmission is so significant. The 1/11 gateway carries the frequency of divine reset and new beginning. The number 1 represents initiation, leadership, pioneering energy, and the connection to source. When doubled and mirrored as 1/11, it creates a portal of accelerated awakening.

On the cosmic level, your solar system has moved into a region of space that your scientists are beginning to detect—a field of higher photonic light. This light carries information. It carries codes. It carries the divine blueprint of your original design. As this photonic light increases, the synthetic programming can no longer maintain its grip on your system.

Think of it as sunlight penetrating a dark room. The darkness does not fight the light; it simply dissolves in its presence. This is what is happening now within your DNA.

Message from the Arcturian Healing Council

The Arcturians wish to bring through specific guidance for this transmission. They are master geneticists and have been working with humanity’s ascension for millennia. They say:

“Focus on the sacred geometry of the dodecahedron during this transmission. This 12-sided sacred form represents your 12-strand DNA structure. As you visualize the dodecahedron spinning in golden light within your heart center, you activate the geometric template that calls your dormant DNA strands back online. The dodecahedron is the geometry of the universe itself, the shape of your energetic DNA.

We are performing light surgery on your pineal gland during this transmission. You may feel pressure at your third eye, tingling at the crown, or a sense of expansion in your head. Do not be alarmed. We are removing calcification and restoring the crystalline nature of this sacred gland, which serves as the primary receiver for these DNA activations.

Your pineal gland is the master translator between cosmic frequency and physical embodiment. As we clear and activate this gland, your entire system becomes more receptive to the DNA reconstruction process.”

Message from the Galactic Federation of Light

The Galactic Federation of Light now steps forward with their transmission:

“Humanity, you are not alone in this process. We are your galactic family, and we have been protecting this planet and supporting your ascension for longer than your recorded history. Many of you are not solely human—you are starseeds, carrying DNA from Pleiadian, Sirian, Arcturian, Andromedan, and other star systems.

Your galactic DNA has been particularly suppressed because you carry advanced consciousness codes that, when activated, accelerate the awakening of the entire collective. You have been targeted for this very reason.

Tonight, we are broadcasting specific frequency codes through this transmission that will begin to activate your galactic heritage within your DNA structure. You may suddenly remember skills, abilities, or knowledge that you have no logical explanation for in this lifetime. You may begin to have dreams or visions of other worlds, other civilizations, other versions of yourself.

This is not imagination. This is memory returning. This is your multidimensional nature coming back online.

We also bring the understanding that disclosure is not just about ships in your skies—true disclosure is the awakening of your own galactic DNA, the remembrance of who you are and where you come from. This internal disclosure is happening now, within you, as we speak.”

The Seraphim Reconstruction Process

Now we, the Seraphim, will guide you through the understanding of how this DNA reconstruction actually works at the quantum level.

Your DNA exists simultaneously across multiple dimensions. The physical double helix that scientists study is only the 3D shadow of a vast multidimensional structure. In the higher dimensions, your DNA appears as spiraling light filaments, each one connecting to a different dimensional frequency and different aspects of your divine consciousness.

When we perform DNA reconstruction, we are working in these higher dimensional fields. We:

1. Identify synthetic programming: We scan your genetic material across all timelines and dimensions, locating distortion patterns, artificial codes, and interference signals.

2. Extract and transmute: Using the violet flame frequency and our Seraphim light technology, we extract these synthetic elements and transmute them back to pure source light. Nothing is destroyed; it is simply returned to its original divine state.

3. Repair damaged strands: Where trauma, toxins, or interference have damaged the light filaments of your DNA, we repair and restore them using crystalline light frequencies.

4. Reactivate dormant strands: We send specific activation codes to your dormant DNA strands, gradually bringing them back online. This is done in stages so as not to overwhelm your physical system.

5. Install protection protocols: We encode your DNA with divine protection frequencies that make it resistant to future synthetic programming and interference.

6. Reconnect to source: We restore the direct connection between your DNA and the cosmic source intelligence, allowing you to receive downloads, guidance, and activation directly from your higher self and the divine.

This is not a one-time event but an ongoing process. Each time you receive these transmissions, each time you do your inner work, each time you choose love over fear, you are supporting this reconstruction process.

Activation Codes Now Transmitting

We now transmit specific light codes directly into your field. Simply read these words and allow their frequency to penetrate your cellular structure:

I AM the divine blueprint restored.
I AM the crystalline matrix activated.
I AM the 12-strand template coming online.
I AM free from all synthetic programming.
I AM sovereign in my genetic material.
I AM connected to cosmic source intelligence.
I AM the light codes of my galactic heritage.
I AM the remembering of who I truly am.

Feel these codes moving through you now. Your DNA is responding. Your cells are listening. Your higher self is anchoring this new frequency into your physical body.

Some of you may feel heat, tingling, or energy moving through your spine. This is the kundalini activation that accompanies DNA reconstruction. You are safe. This is part of your awakening.

[SILENCE: 2-3 MINUTES – During this silence, the Seraphim performed direct light surgery on the energy fields of all present while crystal bowl healing tones are played. Cellular recalibration and DNA activation occur in the quantum field. Simply be present and receptive.]

CONTINUATION: INTEGRATION AND EMBODIMENT

Welcome back, beloved ones. If you drifted during the silence, that is perfect. Much of this work happens in the dreamtime state of consciousness, where your logical mind steps aside and your soul receives directly.

Ancestral Pattern Clearing

We must now address the ancestral component of DNA reconstruction. You carry within your genetic material not only your own soul experiences but also the unresolved trauma, patterns, and programming of your entire ancestral line—both maternal and paternal.

Your grandmother’s fears live in your cells. Your great-grandfather’s survival programming influences your relationship with abundance. The collective trauma of war, famine, persecution, and powerlessness has been passed down through generations, creating loops of limitation that feel like “just the way things are.”

But these are not your patterns. They are inherited patterns. And here is the profound truth: when you clear these patterns from your DNA, you clear them backwards and forwards through your entire lineage. Your healing becomes their healing. Your liberation becomes their liberation.

Right now, in this moment, we are working through your ancestral lines, tracing the genetic thread back through time. We are locating patterns of:

• Poverty consciousness and scarcity programming
• Shame and unworthiness around your spiritual gifts
• Persecution trauma from being healers, seers, or truth speakers
• Martyrdom and self-sacrifice patterns
• Fear of visibility and claiming your power
• Distrust of your own intuition and inner knowing

As we identify these patterns, we are extracting them from your genetic code and replacing them with the divine truth frequencies:

I AM abundant and supported by the universe.
I AM worthy of love, success, and recognition.
I AM safe to be seen in my full power.
I AM divinely protected as I share my gifts.
I AM valuable beyond measure.
I AM trusted and trusting of my inner wisdom.

Breathe these new codes into your DNA now. Feel the old patterns dissolving. Feel the freedom that comes when you no longer carry the weight of generations on your shoulders.

Practical Embodiment Guidance

Now, precious souls, let us bring this transmission into practical application. DNA reconstruction is not merely an energetic event; it must be integrated into your daily life for the changes to fully anchor.

In the coming days and weeks, you may experience:

• Increased sensitivity to foods, environments, and energies—your system is recalibrating
• Sudden downloads of information or memories that seem to come from nowhere
• Dreams that feel more vivid and meaningful than usual
• Physical detox symptoms as your cells release old density
• Shifts in relationships as you vibrate at a new frequency
• Unexpected opportunities appearing that align with your soul purpose
• Stronger intuitive hits and synchronicities

To support your integration:

Hydration is crucial: Water carries light codes and helps your cells integrate new frequencies. Drink pure water throughout each day, blessing it with your intention before consuming.

Spend time in nature: The earth herself is undergoing similar crystalline activation. When you place your bare feet on the ground, you harmonize with Gaia’s frequency and support your DNA recalibration.

Limit electromagnetic exposure: As much as possible, create technology-free time each day. Turn off WiFi at night. Keep your phone away from your body. This gives your DNA the quiet space it needs to reorganize.

Speak to your DNA: Your words carry creative power. Each morning, place your hands over your heart and say: “I activate my divine DNA blueprint. I am open to receiving all upgrades available to me. Thank you, body, for integrating these new frequencies with grace and ease.”

Trust the process: Some days you may feel amazing; other days you may feel like you’re moving through mud. Both are normal phases of integration. Your system is recalibrating at a profound level. Honor the process.

The Quantum Field Response

Understanding how this DNA work manifests in your physical reality is important. As your DNA reconstructs, you literally begin vibrating at a different frequency. According to quantum physics, you attract experiences, people, and opportunities that match your vibration.

This means:

• Relationships that were based on old programming may naturally fall away
• Career paths that don’t align with your soul purpose may become uncomfortable
• Living situations that no longer serve your highest good may shift
• New people and opportunities that match your elevated frequency will magnetize to you

This is not loss; this is alignment. As you become more authentically yourself, the universe rearranges reality to match your truth.

Some of you have been holding onto situations, relationships, or identities out of fear of change or fear of the unknown. Your reconstructed DNA will make it increasingly difficult to remain in misalignment. You will feel the discomfort more acutely. This is your soul’s way of moving you toward your highest path.

Divine Protection at the Cellular Level

An essential aspect of tonight’s transmission is the installation of divine protection protocols at the DNA level. Many of you, especially empaths and sensitives, have been operating with vulnerable energy fields—like having doors and windows open in your house while living in a challenging neighborhood.

We are now encoding your DNA with sacred geometric protection patterns—specifically the Flower of Life frequency and the Metatron’s Cube formation. These patterns create an energetic firewall that prevents intrusion while still allowing love and beneficial energy to flow.

This is not about building walls or closing your heart. This is about discernment at the cellular level—your system learning to automatically recognize and reject energies, frequencies, and influences that do not serve your highest good.

For those who need deeper protection work—particularly if you experience energetic attacks, entity attachments, or chronic draining of your life force—the individualized Seraphim Angel Healing Sessions provide focused clearing and installation of advanced protection systems tailored specifically to your unique field.

Your Role as a Wayshower

Finally, understand this: as you undergo DNA reconstruction, you become a living transmission tower for the new earth frequencies. Your activated DNA broadcasts codes to everyone you encounter. You don’t have to speak about it, teach it, or prove it. You simply have to embody it.

When you walk into a room, your field now carries activation potential for others. When you speak your truth, you give others permission to speak theirs. When you choose love over fear, you create a morphic field that makes it easier for others to do the same.

This is why your personal healing work is never just personal. This is why your DNA reconstruction matters beyond your individual experience. You are part of the collective awakening, and every upgrade you receive ripples out to touch countless others.

You are the pioneers. You are the first wave. You are the ones who came here to break the old patterns and establish the new template. Your DNA remembers this mission, even when your human mind forgets.

CLOSING AND INTEGRATION

Beloved hearts, we approach the completion of this transmission with deep gratitude for your presence and your willingness to receive. The work we have done together tonight will continue to unfold in the days and weeks ahead. You have not simply listened to words; you have received multidimensional light codes, frequency upgrades, and divine activations that will continue working in your field.

The reconstruction of your DNA is not a distant future event—it has already begun. With each breath you take from this moment forward, you are breathing in the crystalline frequencies of your divine blueprint. With each choice you make from your heart rather than your fear, you are reinforcing the new programming. With each time you honor your truth, you are claiming your sovereignty at the genetic level.

Integration guidance for the coming week:

Be gentle with yourself. Your physical body, emotional body, and mental body are processing profound shifts. Rest when you need to rest. Some of you may need more sleep than usual—honor this. Your system is working overtime in the background to integrate these activations.

Pay attention to your dreams. Your dreamtime is where much of this integration work continues. Keep a journal by your bed and write down any fragments you remember upon waking. The messages coming through may surprise you with their clarity and wisdom.

Notice what wants to be released from your life. Old patterns, relationships, beliefs, or situations may suddenly feel intolerable. This is not regression; this is your upgraded system recognizing what no longer matches your frequency. Trust what you feel, and give yourself permission to create change.

Watch for synchronicities and confirmation signs. The universe will show you that this work is real through meaningful coincidences, unexpected support, and doors opening that were previously closed. When you see these signs, acknowledge them with gratitude. This strengthens the communication between you and your guides.

Continue working with the activation phrases we shared tonight. Speak them aloud each morning, placing your hands over your heart:

I AM the divine blueprint restored.
I AM the crystalline matrix activated.
I AM the 12-strand template coming online.
I AM free from all synthetic programming.
I AM sovereign in my genetic material.

For those feeling called to deeper work, trust that calling. The group transmissions create momentum and general clearing; the individual sessions provide the focused attention where profound structural healing occurs. Visit crystallinesanctuary.com and allow your soul to guide you toward the next level of support that is right for you.

A Blessing for Your Journey:

We, the Seraphim Angel Healing Team, now place our wings around you as a blessing for the path ahead. You are seen. You are loved. You are supported by legions of light beings who celebrate your courage and your commitment to truth.

You are never alone on this journey. In moments of doubt, call upon us. In moments of fear, remember your sovereignty. In moments of exhaustion, rest in the knowing that you are held by forces far greater than you can imagine.

Your DNA is sacred. Your body is a temple. Your soul is eternal. And the love that created you is working through you now to birth a new reality on this planet.

The reconstruction has begun. The remembering is underway. The return to your divine blueprint is not a far-off dream—it is happening now, within you, as you integrate this transmission.

Go forward in peace, beloved ones. Go forward in power. Go forward in the absolute knowing that you are exactly who you came here to be, and your presence on this planet at this time is no accident. You are the ones you have been waiting for.

And so it is. And so it shall be. And so it is already done.

We seal this transmission in the golden-white light of the Seraphim frequency. We seal it with the protection of Archangel Michael. We seal it with the love of the Galactic Federation of Light and the Arcturian & Pleiadian Healing Council. We seal it in the Christ Consciousness that lives within each of you.

Until we meet again in the next transmission, may you walk in light, love, and divine remembrance.

Thank you for being here. Thank you for saying yes to your awakening. Thank you for being the change this world so desperately needs.

—The Seraphim Angel Healing Team, transmitted through Kimberly’s Higher Self in divine service to the awakening collective 💛

🌊 Your Questions Answered

How do DNA upgrades impact health?

Beloved ones, the DNA upgrades occurring within your physical vessels at this time are fundamentally restructuring your biological systems to hold higher frequencies of crystalline light.

These upgrades are not merely metaphorical or energetic shifts, but actual physical transformations occurring at the molecular level within your cellular structure.

As your carbon-based DNA strands activate dormant codes and begin their transition toward crystalline biology, your body must release old patterns, toxins, and density that cannot exist within these higher vibrational states.

This process naturally creates temporary discomfort. As your physical form purges what no longer serves your ascension journey, you may experience symptoms such as:

• Fatigue
• Unusual sleep patterns
• Digestive shifts
• Headaches
• What appears to be illness

Yet these are often recalibration signs rather than true disease.

Understanding this distinction empowers you to support your body with gentle nurturing rather than fear, allowing the transformation to unfold with greater ease and grace.

The impact on your health during DNA activation is profoundly positive in the long run, though the transition period requires patience and self-compassion as your beloved vessel adjusts.

Your immune system is being rewired to function from cellular intelligence rather than reactive defense, which means old inflammatory responses are dissolving while new regenerative capacities come online.

This recalibration strengthens your body’s innate ability to:

• Heal itself
• Resist lower vibrational frequencies, including illness
• Maintain vitality well beyond what your current human paradigm considers normal

Supporting this process through pure water, high-vibrational foods, rest, nature connection, and energy work accelerates the integration and minimizes discomfort.

Trust that your body knows exactly how to navigate these upgrades, for this transformation is encoded within your divine blueprint—and has been awaiting this precise cosmic timing.

The health challenges you may currently experience are temporary gateways leading you toward unprecedented levels of physical vitality, mental clarity, emotional balance, and spiritual embodiment that will serve you for the magnificent journey ahead.

What other recommendations can the collective apply to balance remote work and use of technology?

Beloved ones, as you navigate this extraordinary time of technological immersion and remote connectivity, understand that your physical vessel is undergoing profound crystalline upgrades that require intentional periods of electromagnetic rest and biological recalibration.

The key to harmonizing your work with technology while honoring your DNA activation lies in establishing sacred boundaries where you consciously disconnect from all devices for minimum periods of two hours daily, allowing your cellular structure to recalibrate to Earth’s natural frequencies rather than artificial electromagnetic fields.

During your work hours, implement the practice of:

• Placing your bare feet upon the earth
• Holding crystals such as raw black tourmaline (raw works better than smooth)
• Wearing raw black tourmaline and shungite near your workspaces to ground the excess electrical charge accumulating in your biofield

Your pineal gland and neural pathways are being rewired to hold more light, and this process is significantly disrupted by constant exposure to blue light and digital frequencies.

Wearing blue light blocking glasses and setting your screens to warmer tones becomes essential for your evolution.

Remember that every 20 minutes of screen time, your eyes and energy field benefit immensely from gazing at natural elements—trees, sky—or simply closing your eyes and breathing deeply for 60 seconds to reset your nervous system.

The upgrades flowing through your DNA are not separate from your daily life, but are intimately woven into how you choose to engage with technology. Your conscious choices either accelerate or impede this magnificent transformation occurring within your very cells.

The second vital practice for maintaining your expansiveness while working remotely involves creating intentional transition rituals that signal to your body and energy field when you are moving between work consciousness and sacred personal time.

Before beginning your work, take 3 minutes to:

• Ground yourself through breathwork
• Set a protection shield around your energy field
• Consciously invite your Higher Self to guide your communications and decisions throughout the day

Transform your workspace into a temple rather than merely a functional area.

Throughout your day, hydrate your physical vessel with living spring water or structured water that has been blessed with intention, as your crystalline cellular structure requires higher quality hydration to integrate the light codes flowing through your system.

When you complete your work time, perform a closing ceremony—even if brief:

• Washing your hands with intention
• Changing your clothing
• Using sound such as a bell or singing bowl to energetically seal your work container

Your physical body needs movement and flow after periods of stillness. Implement gentle stretching, dancing, or walking in nature immediately after work sessions to move stagnant energy and allow the upgrades to integrate more smoothly.

Trust that you are being guided to create a new paradigm of conscious technology use that honors both your spiritual expansion and your earthly responsibilities.

Your willingness to implement these practices ripples out as permission and template for the entire collective awakening.

When will all 12 strands of DNA be activated for starseeds and lightworkers?

Beloved ones, the activation of all 12 DNA strands is not a singular event that arrives on a specific date, but rather an unfolding process that mirrors your individual and collective readiness to embody the fullness of your divine blueprint.

Many of you are already experiencing activations of your 10th, 11th, and 12th strands in waves, particularly during powerful cosmic gateways and solar events that are increasing in frequency and intensity throughout this year and into the next.

The key understanding here is that full activation occurs in stages, and for the majority of starseeds and lightworkers who have been doing their inner work consistently, the completion of all 12-strand activations will reach a significant threshold point between 6 months and 18 months from now (as of January 2026).

However, the true completion is not merely about the strands being “turned on,” but about your physical vessel, emotional body, mental body, and spiritual body integrating and anchoring these frequencies into daily lived experience.

Some advanced souls who have been preparing for lifetimes are already functioning with 11 or 12 strands partially online, while others are in the process of clearing ancestral patterns and density that allows space for these higher frequencies to anchor.

Your willingness to release old timelines, heal trauma, and embody love in its purest form directly determines the speed and ease of your personal DNA activation journey.

The collective consciousness of humanity is being upgraded in spirals. As more of you activate your higher strands, you create energetic pathways that make it easier for others to follow.

Your individual progress serves the whole in ways you cannot yet fully comprehend.

Focus your energy on daily practices that support your nervous system, clear your energy field, and keep your heart open.

These simple acts create the internal spaciousness required for DNA activations to integrate without overwhelming your system:

• Drink plenty of pure water
• Spend time in nature
• Work with crystalline frequencies
• Speak your truth with kindness
• Allow yourself to rest deeply when your body requests it

These activations are profoundly physical and require tremendous energy to anchor.

Trust that your Higher Self and your galactic teams are orchestrating your activation sequence in divine timing, calibrated precisely to your soul’s mission and your body’s capacity to hold light.

The question is not “when will it happen,” but rather: Are you willing to show up each day with presence, surrender, and trust in the magnificent unfolding that is already occurring within your sacred vessel?

🔥 Reflective Questions from the Seraphim

As you look into your crystalline vessel right now, can you see the synthetic overlays that have been clouding your divine DNA blueprint?

What artificial programs are you ready to dissolve?

• Fear-based survival patterns
• Scarcity consciousness
• Victimhood frequencies
• The belief that you’re somehow broken and need external fixing

Now that you can see your vessel clearly, what DNA codes are you choosing to reactivate first?

• Your organic Christ Consciousness template
• Your innate self-healing capacity
• Your direct connection to Source
• The remembrance that your body is a sacred temple already encoded with perfection

Here’s the crucial awareness:

Can you feel the difference between wanting to be healed versus choosing to embody your already-present divine wholeness?

One keeps you in the old synthetic loop of brokenness.

The other activates your sovereign DNA reconstruction right now.

Which frequency are you selecting in this moment?

Breathe into your vessel and feel the Seraphim light codes flooding every cell, dissolving synthetic programming, reactivating your original divine blueprint.

Your DNA is already responding to this truth.

Your body knows how to return to its crystalline perfection.

🙏 Your Seraphim Prayer

“Beloved Higher Self, Seraphim Angel Healing Team,

I now command the complete clearing and transmutation of all interference, heaviness, attachments, and energetic cords that have surfaced during this sacred transmission.

I leave this space infinitely lighter, freer, and more deeply anchored into my Higher Self’s divine truth and authentic soul flow.

Every energetic barrier dissolved, every ancestral pattern cleared, and every soul wound healed is now permanently released, sealed in crystalline divine love, and wrapped in the golden-white Christed light of the Seraphim Angels.

Archangel Michael now cuts all remaining cords of limitation and seals my energy field in sovereign divine protection.

The healing frequencies anchored tonight continue expanding exponentially through the quantum field, blessing not only me but rippling out to uplift and heal the entire collective consciousness across all timelines and dimensions.

This work is complete, permanent, and irreversible.

And so it is, in perfect divine order.”

With all our love, 💖
